Terms of Membership

1. Eligibility

Concours Classifieds is a private marketplace available exclusively to approved members of The Concours Club. Access requests are reviewed individually and may be declined or revoked at the Club's discretion.

2. Listings

Every listing is reviewed by the Club before it is published. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including condition, history, title status, and pricing. The Club may decline, edit, or remove any listing.

3. Commission

A 2.5% commission is due to The Concours Club within 90 days of the sale of any vehicle listed on Concours Classifieds. The Club does not process payment through the platform; the commission is invoiced and settled directly with the Club.

4. Conduct

Transactions are conducted directly between members. The Club facilitates discovery and communication but is not a party to any sale and makes no warranties regarding any vehicle or member.

5. Oversight

To protect members and uphold the standards of the Club, Club administrators may review activity on the platform, including messages exchanged between members. See the Privacy Policy for details.
